Privacy Policy

• Account info — when you sign in with Google: your name, email address, and profile photo.
• Career data you provide — résumé text/files you upload, the structured profile we derive from it, target roles, and job descriptions.
• LinkedIn connections — only if you choose to upload your own Connections export (names, companies, titles). You control this; it's never collected automatically.
• Usage data — basic counts of actions you take (for fair-use limits) and standard server logs.

To provide the product: parse your résumé, match you to jobs, explain fit, optimize your résumé, generate cover letters and learning plans, and map referral paths. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your résumé or connections to train AI models.

• Anthropic — résumé/job text is sent to Anthropic's API to generate analyses. Per Anthropic's API terms, this data is not used to train their models.
• Google — for sign-in (authentication only).
• Neon (database hosting) and Vercel (application hosting) — to store and serve your data securely.

Your data is stored in a managed Postgres database, encrypted at rest, and isolated to your account. Uploaded résumé/CSV files are processed in memory to extract text and are not retained as files. We use HTTPS and access controls, though no system is perfectly secure.

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from your Account page. Deletion is immediate and irreversible. For any privacy request, contact us at the email below.
